I don't know how to post it.. but have a look at the Porsche at www.rawdonmotors.co.uk car, price and plate....
This one? That interior makes me feel a bit nauseous.
The correlation between butchered cr4ppy plate and make of car is quite telling. The previous page, with the exception of an ancient VW Polo, was entirely "premium badged" stuff - BMW, Merc, Range Rover etc.
I wonder how long it's been a thing to butcher a plate, I don't recall it when I was younger. Perhaps back then it wasn't so easy to get hold of illegal plates as it is today, it does seem to be a spreading pandemic though and rife within the so called "premium" brands... Just an observation.

Perhaps if people can afford a "Premium" car they think it is worth putting a plate on, even the crap ones cost money so possibly not worth it on a 2002 Punto worth £50, maybe the Punto owner would love to one day own a basic Merc GLC with his initials crowbarred in, or a random word spelt ?I wonder how long it's been a thing to butcher a plate, I don't recall it when I was younger. So, there may be many more people that would dearly love a ropey looking plate and not think it ruins the look of their otherwise perfectly respectable looking car.
Think we all do it to a certain extent, i.e. showing off, but dont like the butchered plates as they look crap and always seem like someone desperately trying to show off on a budget, whilst at the same time messing with something not meant to be messed with.
I have a high bar for liking most but I did smile at "U SOSAGE" though, sort of alright as not taking it too seriously.
But, the old adage about opinions applies here !
