Bit closer so I can at least make out the reg now, looks like the letters are a different colour/pattern than normal?.....

Has anyone ever seen a Range Rover Sport without a personalised plate?
I don't think I ever have. Maybe you have to get one when you buy a RR Sport? It's in the fine print of the sale contract.
