C124PPY plates are not exclusive to the UK - these two were at Spa today:

What's crap about that?

This could be considered naff until you know who the owner is.

I'm disappointed in him if so. Still naff regardless of owner
Yep, it's completely naff! It most probably only cost £250 from the DVLA.

Slum landlord.
Not sure that's something I would personally want to advertise on my car at all times, asking for trouble in rougher areas!

HMO 805S comes back as a grey BMW 7 Series, which is what I assume that thing is. As a suffix S-reg, it's spaced correctly, but looses points for the fridge magnets. Then looses all other points by attempting to be a "BOSS" plate...

Also I can't work out whether it's an undersize plate or not; being dwarfed by those gargantuan Pumba nostrils rather throws the element of perspective out the window.

"31 DA" is a very good plate without messing around with it... Cheap now at £2900 + the bits in April 2001...

Borrowed from socials, apparently the driving school is called Prostart. The plate brought to mind something else, mis spaced anyway.

Wouldn’t be something I’d want to advertise I was involved in.
