It's a fking 1.8. Maybe it's "wow you actually paid for this convertible Uber?" JRFrench said:
I think everyone’s missing the point. The plate is perfectly legal and doesn’t belong in this thread at all.
‘Wow’ is subjective and there’s no reason to relate it to the car it’s on. For all we know that might be their initials anyway.
Agreed 100% - why are people saying a legal plate is c124ppy because it is on a poverty specification car?‘Wow’ is subjective and there’s no reason to relate it to the car it’s on. For all we know that might be their initials anyway.

ALL personal plates look crappy to me, why bother? I've bought cars that had personal plates and just had them taken off, never found that I could actually sell any of the supposed personal plates that I had.
I still see quite a few Northern Irish registration plates on cars, just can't understand why you'd pay to have a number they give away in another part of the UK?
One of my cars still has a supposed personal plate on it, can't even remember what it is, although I can tell you the last 7 digits of the chassis number from memory (vital for ordering BMW parts).
I only actually remember one personal plate which was SPA 1 N, it was on a limo run by the Spanish embassy.
Perhaps they just left the NI plates on or were Irish folk over here? I had NI plates on an R8 for 2 yrs as I couldn't be bothered to apply for anything else and they are perfectly legal on our roads. I think the plates are still on it now. I brought it back from Belfast. I still see quite a few Northern Irish registration plates on cars, just can't understand why you'd pay to have a number they give away in another part of the UK?
