What is it with the raised/gel number plates, clearly 35 is too old to appreciate why they might be desirable .

The knuckle-dragging troglodyte dimwits who have these 3D plates are never ones to miss a passing bandwagon.

The fact that has been on long enough to peel at the edges is impressive, even if its a very low grade plate.

Surely almost any traffic cop following that, unless on an urgent mission, would pull that over.

It's not the plate the car came with tho is it.
Why does that make it a plate?
I mean, as private plates go it is fairly crappy.

However maybe is CRAPPY but not C124PPY. Depends how you see the rules.
@dhutch, I'm not sure what your point is ? It's just a plate someone's bought. It obviously means something to them. It's not messed with, so doesn't go in here.

Yep, idiot spec plates. It's even funnier when the letters fall off the fridge magnet type ones!

Spotted in Moraira (Spain) this afternoon. Drove past me a while later & was full of people who definitely looked like they belonged in this car.

Utterly cringeworthy. Pushing for a worthy contender for the "council" thread.

That was my first thought as well getmecoathehe Seeing as the plate's WF15 TED it certainly makes more sense than the crappy reshaping to try and make it read WASTED hehe

Edit - Google suggests that it's possibly (or previously) being flogged by one of the usual Facebook special, West Midlands based, plate pages hence the moronic reshaping as a selling point laugh

Edit 2 - also found this one whilst browsing eBay earlier - P 10G GT / P10 GGT

Mrs Lima commented that is it like D HEAD?

Then the kids had a laugh saying is it for meat head? Massive head?

Eh?

How do you know that it wasn't assigned to the car when they bought it? I've assigned several plates to brand new cars.

Ok, it might have been assigned from new, but it's a personal/private/cherished plate, which appears to be fairly pointless in terms of it not spelling anything particularly well, etc.

I’m not sure you really understand plates and what these threads are about smile

I have spotted that during our summer trips to Moraira but didn’t manage to snap a photo.

There is (usually) some interesting classic cars that park near to Club Nautico.

Watched The Football Factory last night and then spotted this plate today.

How random.
