I thought exactly the same thing! CH4 RLE is not a thing! Says a lot really, I bet there are people out there who get pulled for mis spaced plates and wonder what they’ve done wrong.

ST5 2 TOW on the car transporter used in the RS2000 Car SOS episode, that was repeated on More4 earlier in the week.

Going to guess that the mileage counter no longer works as the car seems to have been logged at 0 miles for the last 8-9 years of MOT and the last recorded mileage was 230k odd in '14.
