I know it's meant to stand for PORsche 911 Turbo, but when I first saw it I instinctively tried to read it as a word and came up with 'poor st'.

Personally I say no as I find BO55 plates tacky af! but those with them probably think they look great. All it tells me is that the person with the plate probably isn't worth knowing.

Aren't they just standard issue Birmingham plates, so there will be hundreds of them driving around innocently. Or were they specifically withheld by DVLA for sale as BO55 plates?
