Where’s 4x4 response?! If I was anywhere near I’d lend a hand with a load of now unused recovery gear. hehe

As much as we have to hehe parking your car in a farmers field (which many of us have done in one way or another), although you raised the bar with the on the technicality score there! I have my fingers crossed there is going to be an great recovery with pictures in the coming days involving tractors, winches and (walts in) 4x4's, ending in your Boxster lives to fight another day.

I had a Grif which ended up in a fairly similar position after avoiding a lorry coming head on at me.

Unfortunately though, I can’t help as I have no idea how they got it out. I was in hospital at the time having a stick removed from my neck, another from my arm and 250+ stitches put in my face.

Yes, there was a barbed wire fence on the way in and I had the roof down.

I'd say you need something with a winch and some long "extension" lines. Use what you need to get the line down to the car, winch it up until it's 1 extension line length closer than when you started and anchor it in place at that spot, remove one extension and repeat until it's close enough to pull up with just the winch line.

Or if you want some better ideas "by the book", here's some bedtime reading for you:
