I am in no danger of buying one because they are beyond st smile.

No sheds here but I bet a 1998 Fiesta will have better steering than that God forsaken Audi...

Thanks, decided to go Audi Exclusive - Riviera Blue.

Steering is overly light for my liking but otherwise it’s a great little car. Makes a good noise, plenty quick enough and well screwed together, bought a second set of wheels with winter tyres so should make it pretty unstoppable if we get snow.

I quite like them, but due to the potential aggravation I don't think I'd put my Mrs in one. Same with a Golf R.

Have you been wronged by someone recently?

You do seem to have so much hate for an object, that it is almost becoming an unhealthy obsession.

They have a very very very bad image problem up here.
Seems to be the drug dealers car of choice around here. I've yet to see one being sensibly driven. I've only seen them driven by tts at crazy speeds in a built up area.

True. But VAG stuff tend to be for those who like easy speed.

The average Golf R/S3/RS6 etc driver would soon crash something remotely challenging to drive i.e. something which requires even a tiny element of throttle sensitivity.
Hilarious....

As an ex-owner of a B7 RS4 I now fully understand why I binned my Tuscan S, 4.6 Seight Westfield and can’t drive my RWD M3 properly. wink

Yup, as his username suggests, he's a true driving god and the rest of us mere mortals should all just shut up and pay homage to one so superior!laugh

Same goes for my C200 hp Westfield and 2 S2000s.

I think SidewaysSi is basing his opinion on what HE believes are “typical/average” drivers of these cars, rather than the actual reality.

Of course, the performance is more easily accessible but the same goes for nearly ALL hot hatches, and many newer quick cars too with all the assistance systems.

Love the RS3 however as already stated bad image!

There’s quite a few in the area I live and they are always on it! 30mph!

Loud, driven to fast, CHAV

It is a little known fact but Audi RS3's contribute on average to at least 83% of all speeding offences recorded in the UK and we now have massively streamlined police force simply because their jobs have been made that much easier since they realised that the easiest way to fight crime is to just apprehend RS3 drivers, they are all criminals and guilty of something.

I find it interesting that there are only about 5-6 thousand RS3’s in this country yet every one sees ‘loads’ every day being driven fast by drug dealers. The police should keep an eye on the Audi garages, would fill their quota of arrests in no time at all.

What didn't you like about the RS3 when you drove it?
