You guys do realise that Porsche (along with Bentley / Lambo / Bugatti) are the prestige ends of the VW group and will be priced according to both brand value and so as not to cannibalise the sales of the other marques (Audi / Seat / Skoda / VW) cars when they get released right?

While the Taycan vs MS/TM3 comparisons are generally fair, to compare how Tesla is ran as a company (and I use that term very loosely with Tesla) and the VAG group is very much apples to oranges here. The advantages VAG has in buying power, infrastructure, design knowledge and capital is off-set by it's restrictions in brand values and expectations, not being the "cool" new thing whose company name is still viewed to the general public as THE electric car, not having a CEO that tweets like a 16 year old promising everything is the greatest ever so the twitter crowd believe they have some kind of additional access or importance to Elon himself.

Well, if you put it like that, the 40% premium seems like a bargain!

Anybody know what sort of APR Porsche are offering on the Taycan?

I’ve got a £40k deposit so would like to get an idea of monthly payments on a £95k Taycan 4S using PCP, assuming that is the most intelligent way of financing it.
