I dont think I am allowed to post a link to my own car but it is now live on eBay with all details - it is a bit light on photos but it is due to be valeted, brimmed with fuel and photographed over the weekend so I will update the eBay listing then, hopefully on Sunday. If anyone wants to share the ad here, please feel free!
This one sounds just like yours and local.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2007-Lexus-LS460-SE-L-f...
For other threadists I have bought a car from Nick in the best thread tradition of one way train ticket and an itchy bank account, it was perfectly as described and he gave me a lift from the station!

The much unloved W220 in S500 guise with questionable, but clean(ish), Designo exterior and interior. To be honest, it makes my teeth itch, but it's within thread budget and surely quite unique. At least one Michelin tyre, which is a good sign amongst the thread cognoscenti.
I have to say, whilst I'm not averse to a green interior that car as a whole is an abomination.bolidemichael said:

Nice..I love green, it's such a shame we don't see it more often, although I'd prefer a dark hue for the exterior.

For me, it's the garish combination of Lexus-style wood tone and the almost pastel green interior that it mostly repulsive.
ps Does the link on the original post above work, whilst embedded in the pic? I think that I may have finally cracked it!

Alfa 159 estate with the 3.2, £5500. You know what it'll do to you, but you still want to...

thats massive tax on that - dunno why i thought the 3.2 awd would be faster than it is - still, the old Alfa heart strings are fluttering again seeing that....http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2019...

With the focus here on Lexus LSs the last few days, I'm now contemplating asking my specialist if he still wants to buy my Alfa Gtv so I can join the wafting.
Usually there is always something else that pops here that resets my desire hence I dont progress with selling and take the gtv for a drive and decide to stay put.
After 11 years of a little Alfa, all week I've been imagining a comfy Lexus.
This is now my go to car thread for tea breaks

Well done for keeping the faith and ignoring all the dealer-bashing nonsense of last night.
How was is nonsense? The communication was/is poor. We're all allowed to state our opinions.
