Or maybe it the type that are welded in?
There's a doohickey you can buy for the swappable kind.

Makes it the work of mere minutes. Someone really needs to buy one and hire it out to threadists in need.
Not welded in and that's what I used, borrowed of my mate I've never had to use so much force on one before and that was with a breaker bar too, the replacement went in no problem There's a doohickey you can buy for the swappable kind.

After being inspired by this thread to get myself a warty barge, I’ve enjoyed my LS430 but now it’s time to move her on...
I've got one a a year or so older, and I paid rather less than you're asking for it 2 years ago. I have lower miles too, judging by the numbers mentioned in the SH section. (As an aside, why aren't you up-front about current mileage? Everyone will want to know).Good luck, but I'd be amazed if you get much interest at that price.

It’s a nice (if thirsty) car, built like the proverbial outhouse but using proper fixings (unlike the P38 which it replaced and probably keeps a dozen fixings suppliers in businesses). Thread discount may apply, but that’s not my department.
Any love here?
The perfect car. And I even like the colour. Just not the right time for me unfortunately, will have one one day though. Are the leaks easy to fix? Never realised this was an LC issue.Listed on multiple sites including https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Land-Cruiser-Ama...

As well as the already mentioned grubby carpet shot, normal form when selling a car is to wash the bloody thing before taking pictures. A street-side Romanian valet is always money well spent when selling.

I bloody love landcruisers. My current commute would mean that it ate my bank balance though. Seems sensibly priced, couldn’t you have washed it? Listed on multiple sites including https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Land-Cruiser-Ama...

Would yours be a pre-facelift? The pre-facelift ones do tend to go for a fair bit less in all fairness if yours is. Good luck, but I'd be amazed if you get much interest at that price.
Is the mileage not visible on the advert? It should be on there, 119,850 it’s at currently.

That Lexus IS at least £1000 overpriced in my opinion.
I’ve looked at this a couple of times myself online, it looks like a nice colour combo, however i agree it seems too expensive. The main hangups for me after the price are the ac needing the new compressor, this will probably be a minimum of £500 but more like £1,000 using a new part, you don't want it shredding a belt if it ceases up. Once you have taken off the bits to do that change, you are looking at very little labour extra to do a belt, water pump and tensioner change as well.
Secondly, the 40K+ Gap between its recent service and those before.
Just looking again, i’m sure when I read it last time it was 40k miles and 4 years, however looking at the current details, the car was serviced 7 months and 40k miles later, then had a cambelt change 4 and a half years an minus 2k miles later, and the mileage on the MOT checking service is more in line with what i remembered reading before.
I think it would be prudent for you to check all the service mileages and update them in the advert to make it correct as it may put people off the car.
Good luck with the sale.

I have an indecent amount of love for this - where are the sixth and seventh seats? Removed to show boot space?Listed on multiple sites including https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Land-Cruiser-Ama...

Same here. I have zero need for such a thing. But want one a lot. Slightly over budget, but I am sure it will find appreciation here: https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1205450

Whilst that is nice.... The market for a £90k car like that must be miniscule!? TyrannosauRoss Lex said:
