I expect the bike will be almost as expensive as the cheapest Lotus car! Well OK perhaps not , but as what is effectively a limited edition it wouldn't surprise me if the bike was heading towards £10k....

I think you'll find the frame alone will be somewhere between £20-30,000, perhaps even more given the new regs and work involved.

Interesting to hear that Renishaw (who make the Atherton bikes) are also involved, as their techniques are pretty different to Hope's. Also interesting that Hope designed the frame, given they are fairly new to frame design and as far as I am aware have only done mountain bikes previously...
