Dirty Cars Winter 19/20
Discussion
i dont see even a mild fun factor of posting pics of how dirty your car looks. youd think on a car enthusiasts site everyone would be well into keeping theirs clean and certainly not wanting to share photos of it all mucked up. bizarre. you could at least jazz things up a bit with some juvenile writing in the dirt like you see on the back of vans.....
what next.....how many crumbs in your centre console ?

Couple of reasons really - some cars can look quite purposeful with abit of snot and grime on them, and also because it’s an antidote to all the cherished cars being put into hibernation
Why So serious? At least in my case it’s an attempt to make the gen III mini less ugly on the eye

I don’t think this thread is for you. I drive 5-600 miles a week, if I wash my car it’s dirty again within two days, so to me there’s no point washing it during winter. Posting it on here just makes it a bit more fun really.what next.....how many crumbs in your centre console ?
One from Sunday, pictures do it justice, my jeans got dirty on Sunday from brushing past the car.

Nothing cooler than a filthy car, preferably an exotic one.

I agree. There was a picture on one of these threads of some exotica after a run - they looked fantastic.I also remember seeing a well used Elise at Malton and thinking it looked infinitely better than all the polished stuff in the car parks.

It would have been funny as someone else mentioned if you had left it like that. Untitled by Alex L, on Flickr
Normally go for boring colours myself but that looks great even when dirty.
