When the fk will some of the yokels on here recognise that there is a MASSIVE market outside the UK for this type of vehicle ???
About the same time you realise that some people just think it looks bloody awful and are slightly disappointed at the "brand identity dilution"...perhapsI hate to say it, because I’d love to see Aston doing well, but I think this is a lemon:
Less ostentatious than a Cullinan
Less aggressive looking than a Urus
Less sporting than a Purosangue
Pricier than a Bentayga
Not especially pretty
Not a hybrid (so outdated before it launches).
For all the engineering genius, you can’t sell a car people don’t actually want. I hope I’m wrong, but I fear they’ve missed the mark on this one.

The UK market is tiny for this type of car in relation to the rest of the world where, believe it or not, car buyers like big radiator grilles etc.

Yeah, but none of that matters. At all. Two words will sell it.Less ostentatious than a Cullinan

I understand why they need to do it, and indeed Lambo, Bentley , Rolls and eventually Ferrari will join the fold. But the design is just so generic and boring. Ok ok a SUV is a box on wheels, but Range Rover has a look , I was hoping for something rather more than a box with an Aston grill. I so want Aston to survive and do well, but they need to create a new design language . They are still living off of Henrik Fisker.
