This I imagine will depreciate like a stone with the upcoming 15 models quoted. Personally I don’t like the looks at all so must be seeing something else. I think the problem is I like my cars, supercar or GT’s, to look like fire breathing animals and this just looks a bit tame, dare I say it a bit hairdresser but one of those Uber rich celebrity hairdressers!

Try speaking to actual owners.

At my daughters school, there are two FFs and a GTC/4 Lusso that do 10k+ per year. There is also a 612 Scaglietti with 120k on the clock. Similar stories with Huracans, 911 GT3s, Aston Zagato & DBS, and thats before the run of the mill AMGs etc.
This is an interesting point as I would have thought that the obvious candidate to exhibit a change of focus towards daily driving would have been the existing GTC/4 with it's additional practicality then having this smaller car as being more focused.

This reminds me very much of one of my favourite Ferraris ever: the 365 GTC/4 or "il Gobbone"

Also the interior takes inspiration from this '70s legend (or so I see it at least...)!
Yes, you could be right there. Plus it's one of my favourite Ferraris too, that and the 250 PF coupe.

I was thinking it looked a bit like a shrunken 612 Scag with hints of F-Type and current Vantage.

I'll await to see one on the road..it strangely doesn't look good in silver and in photos.
The poster above is right. I think it looks great - the only Ferrari which isn’t a bit vulgar to my eyes.

I’d like to see one in dark blue, burgundy, or black - with a tan interior.

The result is a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 producing 620hp from 5,750-7,500rpm and 560lb ft of torque between 3,000-5,750rpm. A dry weight of 1,472kg (1,570kg at the kerb) bestows it with the best power-to-weight ratio in its segment
That is not true - the McLaren 720 is 133kg lighter and 100 hp more powerful wink
I do like the look of it though
I do hope they cut the top off and don't just rely on the tarted up Cali T that is the Portofino wink
The 720 isn't a 2+2 though.

Just looks like an F-Type with a weird Peugeot looking front end and Supra headlights. Really awkward looking car.

A new type of buyer..?

Yeah! A blind one! Flip me that's ugly. But that's the category nowadays; Astons ugly, McLarens ugly.

Funny times when Porsche makes the prettiest sportscars.

Porsche have always made great all round cars but pretty is not a word I would use to describe them.

Looks a bit awkward to me. It isn’t particularly well resolved at the front. Certainly not beautiful in the classical sense, and is way too similar in my opinion to other brands.

Doesn’t even have the circle lights at the back. If you took the Ferrari badge off this, would it even look like a Ferrari?

Ever since Ferrari took their designs in house they’ve struggled IMO.

Still I like the concept - these cars are fast enough, so it’s cool to see them focus on other attributes.

I still think a new Conti GT would be an all round better car.

As a Porsche owner I completely agree...not pretty.

This Ferrari really appeals to me....

It does look odd. First of all I thought this was going to be an electric car, as it looked like there were no real air intakes. Front grille with that odd mesh where the prancing horse badge is doesn't look right. A powerful sports car marketed at people who are wary of driving sports cars or totally new to them sounds like a very weird marketing concept...

Lets see what the SUV looks like, not sure if that's still on the horizon...

I ran my 458 as a daily driver for a year and 7k miles; was pretty easy despite a few 'Ferrari moments".

I'd imagine the softer cars to be significantly easier still.

In the grand scheme of the costs, the mileage isn't that big a deal.

The first properly pretty Ferrari for a very long time! And isnt it nice that this was a genuine surprise without a million teasers and years of hype building?

My guess is the Alfieri will use this platform with a different body and a V6 from somewhere in the group.

Also interesting that this uses the SF90 gearbox, as it will allow hybridisation of this at some point

Have a feeling Ferrari may have pinched the Alfieri from Maserati to make this.. The same as they did with the California.

I think it looks better in the metal.
It looks like it will be colour/spec sensitive but in TdF blue with tobacco leather seats it would be sensational. (To my eyes at least)

The picture in the article does not do any favour to the designer TBH

my FF is now at c. 74k km - bought it with 11k on it 4 years ago. Some people do drive their cars and don't give a f... about future values (it is called being a car nut smile )

Fair play. Dare I ask, how much is an annual service on that??
