Scamscum has broken into another poor sod's account.

Take your pick of nearly 1500 dodgy auctions:

This same scam has been ongoing for a long time on eBay .a strange one I saw earlier where they had listed the same vehicle about 6.000 times .
I think ebay has had its day really .a lot of the classic cars can be sourced much cheaper .its just an offloading place for dealers

Still a lot of decent metal on eBay from private sellers. Where are you looking?

I’ve just reported a scam account tonight, the same sort of stuff as posted throughout this thread. Bloody frustrating when you see a nice car then flick to the 2nd pic and see the email address...

I report these to Ebay when I see them and usually they are taken down quite quickly.

But not nowadays.

They are taking a few days now to take them down.

Poor show.

Scammers paradise.

The recent ones I've reported on Ebay took nearly a week to disappear.

And now the terms for receiving payment have changed you have to chase your bank in any fraudulent cases as well by the look of things.

Maybe I can't get it on Facebook Marketplace but I always look there first now.

I’ve reported this advert last week and again today. He has similar adverts when you look.
Incase anyone else wants to report him as well.

I can't believe that these are not easy to spot by Ebay.

An account that has a few listings all of a sudden gets thousands of listings in a single day,

This is not different to the systems that Banks have in place to spot unusual transactions on a bank account.

Ebay are simply being the host for the scam here, and they don't get anything, so they are effectively losing money on these, you would think that was incentive enough to get them to do something about it.

Over a week now for the last one I reported, it's still there.

It's not worth reporting them anymore.

The last one I reported about two weeks ago is still there.

You mean I won’t be receiving my immaculate Ferrari 250 GTO for the £3,456 pounds I payed????????

Seriously. You have to be the sort of person who eats soup with a fork to think stuff like that is genuine.
