Are these Vloggers just a scam? SOL or Shmee etc? (Vol. 3)

I've had a bit of a look through the previous thread but couldn't see anything - have we chatted about SOL's Dubai trip yet? Watched bits of the various vids he's put out about it, culminating in him collecting the car from Eurospares, but he seems to have evaded chatting figures so far. Can't help but think it's a bit tight once you've shipped the car, paid duties etc. Doesn't stop me daydreaming though!

Caught some more Hoovies Garage afterwards. Driving the 348 back home. Phew, that's more my style! Though I did enjoy some of STG's vids over in America. Must sit down to watch the Magnus vid.

Looking through my subscriptions and saw that Doug DeMuro has released a video on the G63 6x6. He has managed over a million views in 24 hours! Surely those are amazing numbers? Especially considering it's not exactly a new car - Hammond drove one on TG years ago.

She couldn't even be bothered to take her backpack off to do the 9th and reveal and it was all bizarrely casual and unresearched etc.

I don't understand her appeal at all but i guess I'm just not lonely and creepy enough.

My thoughts exactly; what a totally unrelated comment! My observation was in connection to the media industry in general and movement towards the first content on such a car coming in this form.

As someone who works in marketing, the younger generation don't want quality content, they want raw fast paced content.

Someone like TheStradman is probably going to be worth the most in the car vlogger world than anyone with high production value.

I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t see why all the kids have an errection over Supercar Blondie - she’s a weird looking woman. Appears to know nothing about cars apart from what’s on the script she’s given.
