There’s a silver Arteon down my road in one direction and Passat cc the other way

I think they are variations on a theme
The Arteon replaced the Passat CC as err...a slightly more upmarket Passat.

It shows you've made it in life. Like this guy:

The Metro clearly know their audience:

He can be seen wearing a ‘Fast and Fuhrerious’ t-shirt, which is a reference to Adolf Hitler, who was Fuhrer of Germany.

I have never seen an Alpina.

A Blue Alpina with the dynamic alloy wheels would get followed for a few miles if i saw one

I don't think they build them any more but a fairly recent one that I don't think I've ever seen on the road is the Vauxhall Cascada.
Definitely rare. Think they just didn't compete well enough with the Astra convertible which offered what most people wanted but was cheaper. I ran a Vauxhall club for a few years and even at the big meets there were hardly any there, if at all.

Cullinan.

Probably one or more of the current Astons because I can't tell them apart, I just assume every one is a DB11.

A massive tt, obviously, but that colour on that Arteon looks brilliant
Bonus points for the comedy right-wing t-shirt. Prick.

I've seen a 4c in person (white one parks in a city-centre car park that I walk past most days) and an Arteon lives down the road from me.

What I've never seen is current-gen Mazda 6, although chances are I'll see them everywhere now!

Latest Aston Martin Vantage. Still haven't seen one in the wild.
Talking of Aston what about the Virage.
Seen a couple of those
it was a run out special of the DB9 before they facelifted it and put the Bosch ECU
I'd say current DB11 is rarer, never seen one in the wild in all my regular meanderings around the country

Subaru Levorg.

They race them in the BTCC so surely Subaru must sell them in the UK but I've never seen one, despite living in prime Subaru territory. Though having said that I've never seen a Subaru dealer either.

The new supra, tons of publicity online and in mags but I’m still not entirely sure it exists having no visual proof smile

1400 DB11's (so far) vs 223 Virages.

Spotted a Lexus yesterday strangely, took a quick snap, nice looking car.

There are likely a fair few cars I've not seen but I can't think of many at the moment. I've never seen an Alfa 4C though.

Good shout... not exactly good proof of race on Sunday, sell on Monday.

The newest Peugeot 508 estate. Pics look great. Not anticipating seeing one soon either, shame as I was hoping to take advantage of monster depreciation...

They do, seen a couple.
Ought to be a good car but Subaru have crappy engines now so they aren't selling well in the UK.

This, the engine choices were hopeless. Were they not all CVT auto too? Back in diesel company car days they had no diesel and just high C02 output petrols. I would have had one as it was a bit different and I liked it, plus the kids wanted the same car that Jason Plato raced, but alas, it made no economic sense at all.

This probably says more about the recent popularity of BTCC than anything...

Funny you mention the LC, I hadn't seen one since we looked at one in a Lexus showroom last year..

Until a couple of nights ago! Driving home through some temporary traffic lights, sat in the opposite queue was a surprisingly clean, white LC.

Looked absolutely incredible. I genuinely think it's one of the best looking cars in years.

Not only have I seen the Lexus RC, I ragged a few, around the Goodwood motor circuit a while ago. One of the Carbon ones, a more standard V8, and a hybrid / electric version. I think they are massively under rated, and don’t know why there aren’t more out and about ‘in the wild’. One car I’ve heard of, but never seen, were some special red mark 1 Escort RS Turbos, which legend has it, were produced for some sort of marketing / publicity campaign, with the Royal Mail.
