I am looking for a used MPV or SUV that has either a rear lifting hatch window or a double sunroof (ideally both).

This will be used only as a cheap utility/dump runs/snotter/shopping dodgem/London Parking.

I don’t want a van or estate. At the moment we use an old blobby style Renault scenic (our 6th!) but a good one is hard to find now, and I am a bit bored with the same old solution. So does anyone have any suggestions for what to look at?

Most double sunroofs only tilt on the back one and don't slide so this may change your criteria. If not the Q7 has a double sunny.

What about a pickup??

Can't think of any MPVs, only SUV would be either Range Rover or the original Freelander, although that was an electrically operated rear door window.

Shame you've ruled out estates as that rules a lot of cars out.

Kia Sportage 2004 to 2010 has a seperately opening glass in the tailgate.
The rear seats also fold completely flat.

Mk2 CR-V has a lifting rear hatch (side opening door) window and some I'm sure have a sunroof.

This sounds interesting, as does the Sportage above (with flat floor).

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
