I thought traction control was super intrusive on mercedes?

Looking and indicting doesn't mean it's OK to change lanes until it's safe to do so.

You are right. But as a good driver, you wouldn't accelerate towards an other car that is driving into your path.
Having to break sharpish (it even didn't look that hard) could have been avoided. A good driver would act accordingly.

Can it happe? Sure, not the end of the world, but don't come here complaining about others when your driving in that situation can be faulted equally.

I agree, I was commenting on 50/50 liability rather than driving 'quality'.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that people are noticing their own s**t driving and thinking "yes, that was s**t driving on my part, i will submit it" because I can see of no other way that someone would think it was a good idea submit a clip like that.
I'm guessing this is from one of the dash cam compilations, and despite it clearly showing the DCW doing 34mph into a 20mph with an obvious hazard I'm also guessing they deliberately made a big deal out things and left their braking manoeuvre to the last possible moment with a lot of hand-on-horn noise? Possibly followed up by a few seconds sitting stationary in the road whilst fumbling around to save the clip?

I can't watch those compilation videos any more, I get irrationally wound up by the piss poor driving of the camera cars!

Impressive that the driver was able to run away from this Range Rover stolen car hits train

He was lucky the train got there first though.

Yep; but there's no way they'd have been able to spin up the wheels earlier, then again for a lot longer when they powerslid it into the scenery unless it was switched fully off....

The driver's legs get run over by his/her own car.

4 mins 20 sec. Seems 'rev bombing' isn't an effective collision avoidance technique.

What an utter pillock. He clearly saw the car and en lieu of braking rev bombs the car and drives straight into it.

Ah the good old rev-bomb. Preserve of the bike-cam wkers who think they're immune to common sense.

Total arses the lot of them, unfortunately the percentage of absolute flutes among the bike cammers is massively higher than cars.
