Biggest was that quad driver
Looked like he didn't want to hang around so guessing stolen or lack of licence/insurance perhaps?
Is any quad apart from the odd farmers one legal ?

Usually shirtless baboons on them doing wheelies in sketchy areas.

The facts:

1) It's a Metro with a suit-bag hanging in the rear window. This immediately makes me think young chap who is going off to an interview, a do, or his first grad job. Young chap makes me think massive testosterone and poor judgement, with a need to "prove" oneself and not be dicked about by someone trying to get one up (even though I'm sure we all cringe later at some of the stupid things we did due to testosterone).
Have I gone back to 1995? What self respecting young person wants or drives a Metro these days.

Rumour has it the non-farming riders of quad bikes do not all actually buy them.

Comments aren't too favourable towards the RRV driver. I must say I did wonder too why they'd turned their sirens off while passing through a red traffic light, only to turn them off as they passed through the next red light..?!

Yeah, that’s not great at all. No reason to kill the sirens.

I would also have been waaay over in the near side lanes to give joining traffic a better chance of seeing me.

These kind of junctions are awful in unmarked vehicles particularly, since the side illuminations aren’t nearly as good as front/back.

Son of a friend of ours has a Morris minor as his car. He loves classic cars as does his dad and the other thing is it was ridiculously cheap on insurance.

He shouldn't have turned off the sirens, but the other driver should have still seen the car.

If you turn of the siren approaching a red light like that, other drivers will read it as "I am here, but I am not in enough of a hurry to need to come through", and will be very likely to continue through the junction just as they did in that video,

How are "It's a non-MG Metro" and "It's a Metro with a suit bag hanging in the window" not a pair of facts? confused

ETA and "the dash cam car started flashing its lights". Three facts. And that's a fact.

0:24 You can hear Alan Partridge in the background; I think he's saying "aha, too f**ked". Needless to say, he had the last laugh.

You said “the facts” and then made up a story about a job interview
