Photos by one GF Williams of this parish. They look stunning, a whiff of the P1 photo shoot he did in Abu Dhabi when it came out. As for the car itself- looks stunning from some angles and a bit awkward from others. I’m sure once I’ve seen the top gear vid it’ll start to make sense!

Everyone knows George Williams it's not a small secret club haha.
Especially when he posts a video about it.

The suspension components have been created by FEA Topology Optimization. This basically consists of starting with a computer model of a chunk of material, applying restraints on it in the places they occur, then apply all the know loads on the places they occur. This could be many separate load cases The program will then repeatedly 'load the model', removing areas with low-stress regions, and keep this up until it converges on a solution. I have used this, it works, but use WITH CAUTION. It's capable of producing a structure that will take, theoretically, all the designed loads, but still not be OK for actual use. If you want to see it in action:-

Out of interest, where does it fall down? I assume it's the number of load cases you can provide and material differences?

3D printing of hollow section shapes is really interesting tech, and I think it'll definitely be the future once the costs start coming down.

Some of the structure can be susceptible to buckling failure. You need to check this separately.

That surfboard pic is the funniest bit of marketing I've seen for a car in a while.
Well obviously that isn't the case, but don't let that stop you. Agreed on the surfboard bit though.

Not sure whether it's the PH photos but does it look a little....pinched? Seems rather narrow?
It's in 4:3 mode for width restrictions. A press of a button on the dash gives you 16:9.

It appeared on Jay Leno's Garage in 2015 as the Divergent Blade, looking almost identical to this 2020 21C under the skin - albeit with a different engine - so what has Mr Czinger been doing for the past 5 years?

Making it legal? Seems pretty well developed as the 21C compared to the Blade which looked like a moving concept car

Was really impressed by the performance from 2.88L engine and then heard on the top gear video it runs on methanol... Not exactly practical for day to day use, but then who cares.

As I know who did the shots, must have been an interesting time for him to fly to California and photoshop them there... hehe
They can still look 'photoshopped' (compd) with mismatched lighting even when shot on location.
