That is ( or should be) an oil cooler, it is a call back to old JDM tuner cars, where people hanged oil coolers on the front bumper for better cooling.I love it, it does not take itself seriously.
To that BMW exhaust, I look at it and think to myself that for the same amount money, time and effort, they could have made it better like

Looks like they've already passed their funding goal. I particularly like that they fit up to 20in wheels, despite the usp being the pretence that you have 20in wheels.
I'd just leave a trail of broken plastic everywhere because I'm not good at judging how wide my cars are with their actual wheels, so I'm afraid I'm out, but it would hardly be the weirdest car mod that's sold in reasonable numbers and you could see people buying them ironically too.
