Added wheel flares, poor finish and the exhaust which doesn't line up with the rear bumper ruin what would have been a cool early 2000's car.

Do I like it? No.

I gre up at the end of max power days so I look at it with rose tinted specs. But it's so dated now it looks all wrong

ETA just saw its an auto and the diseased steering wheel

As you say looks like that was originally created during the Fast & Furious era of modding / styling. Based on the added flares it looks like someone got hold of it within the last couple of years and tried to add more recent spin on it but clearly failed

That ad also nicely sums up the weirdness of some car dealers that think putting up pics of a car, before they've even prepped it, is a good idea I mean, ignoring some of the other mods, in one pic the exhaust has clearly snapped from the hanger so doesn't fit the bumper cutout and in another pic the wiring under the dash looks like it's just been worked on by a guy that tried to steal the car, but decided to give up

Was thinking if it was under a grand then fairdo's but at £8k it's beyond contemplation, if it was for sale in the early 00's then perhaps with those mods but nowadays only a mint OEM spec would command that value.

Good idea, appaling execution! Theres some really cool mk3 pickups floating around on the internet somewhere, if this had been done by someone with some talent I reckon it would be pretty cool
