If not Morette rears they could be Hella as they did a set as well back in the '00's. Always loved the front lights, but was never a fan of the rears, so much so that both my Mk1 Focus RS & 205 GTI currently wear a set of Morette's hehe

I grew up in the '90's & was driving by '97 when they were always a go to mod on loads of cars featured in the mags at the time. When i bought my old R5 GTT in '98 it came fitted with a set of Morette's and the other popular mod - the open mesh grille - so when i bought my 205 GTI in '08 the first mod i tracked down was a set of Morette's for the full retro modding setup hehe

Loads of people don't like them on the FRS - fairly sure i even ended up on one of the previous iterations of this thread years ago due to them & the Fiesta RST bonnet vents hehe - so i might as well get in first and put the pics up myself to save anyone else the trouble of finding one to post here hehe

They look nice and period on the 205 and suit it well in my eyes, the RS however looks like it crashed head on into Halfords.
The 205 looks weird, it doesn't look good at all IMO

Lovely cars and a credit to you - being a child of the mid 60's the mid to late 80's is peak car for me but I didn't like the Morette's when they were in favour at the time and I still don't like them now - but as I said lovely cars esp the 205 cloud9

This has started appearing in my estate last few weeks, appears the couple across the road split up a few months ago and this bloke is the new fancy man for the lady. bloke also has a 5 series BMW.

The MG looks like its crashed into Halfords but also has a big bore exhaust and gets revved a lot before parking up. Best bit is the guy always wears a dodgy brown leather jacket and carries a brief case, must be mid 50's. Mid life crisis?

It looks like a fairly normal MGF?

Is it? with chrome door handles, chrome intakes etc? not sure the big bore exhaust is normal tbh sounds awful (and yes I used to own a race headered Porsche)

99% sure that exhaust is completely standard. Certainly looks identical to what comes with later model MG TFs.

Bloke at work has a MGF actually certainly doesn't sound like that, also didn't have all the chrome bits on it IIRC (not seen it for over a year)

theyre a little fussy which breaks from the quite clean and minimalistic lines of the pug, would have been better slanted back with a more flush look, "lensed over" a la e36, or set in a widened full grill a la e30.

I quite like that. The spats might be a step too far though. Also, I have a Defender and a V40 and a long weekend with nothing to do . ....

This isn't a poorly done modification, but I'm not sure why it was done..
It is/was a MK4 Supra, if you're wondering.

EDIT: It's apparently a VeilSide bodykit.

Hmm. I don't get it. That Supra looks like two different cars from in front and behind.

I quite like everything from the A-pillar backwards. It's just the Audi/Bentley front that ruins it.

I'm not sure that a really crap attempt at using Photoshop MS Paint, on an old eBay picture, counts for this thread tbh.
