Can a badly modified wheel go in here, badly modified as technically well done but why would you do that? I don't want to see the car its intended for.

I think something is fair game for the thread if it is either or both of:

Yeah, the existing wheels on that are a bit tame now you come to mention it.

I can see someone has made some genuine effort to have a go and must have spent a fortune, but that is so badly executed it isn't even funny!!

Take a look at photo 183 on the advert to see how the second front subframe in front of the original (which is still there, just with the wishbone mounts hacksawed off), has been bolted onto offcuts of chassis rails from some another mustang and which themselves seem to be largely floating in space...
