It’s probably a charity rally car to be fair.
Yeah I think the humour is just right on that one!

"Which stripes do you want on your Corvette?"

"Yes"

Does my head in totally, I keep thinking. why? then I realise the answer is that some people don't deserve anything.

'yes' very funny couldn't have put it better myself, unlike the Corvette owner who has made a statement devoid of that very humour needed by all.

Anyhoo I have just seen this ad on Fleabay, and although it does not fit this category, I thought that it would be of interest as it is just like the cars that I used to draw when I was 3 years old !
The eBay item number is:- 184366053467
£20k eeklaughrofl So then I thought that the number-plate was included in the sale. Errrrmmmmm - nope! WOW! rofl
They are coming thick and fast now on Fleabay...the news must have got out ! I feel really sorry for the poor old thing, surely these old-timers deserve a better end than this ?!
eBay item number:224083778887

I like the idea of getting rid of the overhangs on a Corvette. That's a swing and a miss on the looks, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
As customisation goes that's not too bad. Fair play to whoever did that.

It's got a flavour of the 70s Italian concept that the Fiat X1/9 looked like if you disregard the ungainly rear end.

Thanks - a great entry. There must be backstory behind this - looks too well executed for banger racing.

This car is from a garage in Openshaw Manchester.

They've also got a pretty cool van usually parked outside too.

I get my car MoT’d not far from there and drive past that place on the way home. There is always something novel outside.

They're tweeters so yes, they're necessary, it's an SPL competition car, so everything in it has one purpose, to get maximum sound pressure level while maintaining a level of audible clarity, hence the mids and tweeters in amongst the subs. As for getting out there will be a button release with a door popper somewhere.
Surely the procedure for getting out is:
- turn up amp.
- blow out the windows.
- climb through the new apertures.

Obvs!

It was a screenshot from my Mac as you can choose the year that the street view car drove down there, on the phone you only get the latest version.

It's quite a sight watching the windows ripple on a big SPL pass!!! I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but a lot of time, effort and money goes into an install like that!!!
