been playing for some time myself too. Lockdown brought out the worst in me, I look at my bank statement and think ‘no way I bought that many tickets?!’
Must have the longing to get out in the road.
I think I've spent about 500 quid in the last year. It is still very hard to win, but at least clear the odds on winning.Must have the longing to get out in the road.

Am suprised how much money people admit they've spunked on these raffles tbh
On a thread about them lol 20-30 a month is peanuts , people spend more that that on coffee. i think having a balanced thread is much better than all the posts being about winning.

I've been keeping a note this year as it's become a bit of a hobby during lockdown (my daily WFH lunchtime walk takes me past a post box).
The last 100 entries has cost me £90 exactly (stamps and postcards, bought a pack of 100 of each) and has given me a total value of just under £1200 of confirmed entries (i.e. received a ticket number by email/in my account). Financially an absolute no-brainer compared to paying for an entry if you can be bothered to put the effort in, minimum entry I bother with is £5 which comfortably offsets the occasional unprocessed entry now I know how the big 4 or 5 sites work.
7 Days have indeed been consistently the best, in fact they've never not processed an entry within 48hrs of posting at most. Not many high-cost comps worth posting an entry with them though, maybe one a week. Bang for buck DCG are best, bit flaky processing entries sometimes though and some sell out extremely quickly so you have to pick wisely.
You seem very well practiced at the postal entries. What's the deal with multiple entries? If I fire in 10 separate postcard entries will they get entered? The last 100 entries has cost me £90 exactly (stamps and postcards, bought a pack of 100 of each) and has given me a total value of just under £1200 of confirmed entries (i.e. received a ticket number by email/in my account). Strictly speaking they should accept them as they shouldn't disadvantage postal entries in any way, but only 7 Days Performance actually accept them explicitly in their T&Cs (and they do process them). They have to be on separately stamped postcards. As an aside, one of the biggies has a Focus RS up for £90 (399 tickets), sent two entries a week apart and neither has been processed, surprise surprise! It's quite impressive how poor the postal system can apparently be reaching some of these companies, some have processed 99% of entries, some are barely 50%.

Who was that with?
2 with Elite (didn't process my Focus entry), 1 with 7 Days and 1 with Aspire. A couple off to Rev Comps yesterday too but they don't process them till just before the draw.Rev Comps give you credit for logging on to their site each day which builds up really quickly.
