Definitely having a few tickets on that!

Will be a hard sell to the Mrs as we don't currently own a house and could buy one outright with that cash alt!

The grey 911 and orange in the DCG logo are giving me a 2023 KTM Duke 790 vibe.

Would have to take the car over the cash on the DCG GT3 RS.

Would probably run it for 6 months max then sell. I mean when am I ever going to get a chance to own one otherwise!

Spec-wise it's not really my cup of tea. The colour seems very dull and the yellow 12 O'Clock marker does my head in when the rest of the interior trim highlights are red.

I fking love this phrase. I will be adding this to my vocabulary from now on. Whether at work, home or socialising.

#fullgalvin #goinggalvin
I think it needs to become a standard phrase on this thread at least !

Another worrying development from Rev Comps today I see. They have had a run of negative feedback on Trust pilot which most of us would not be aware of if they hadn't posted about it on their Facebook page. One person called 'Luke' has given their opinion on Trust pilot that there is a disproportionate amount of local winners, something many people have commented on before today.

Rev Comps have a right to reply and did so on Trust pilot but then complained about it on their Facebook page as well which resulted in a mass attack on 'Luke' who wrote the original Trust pilot review. Im sure this is what Rev Comps expected and wanted.

This is worrying because people will now feel they can't leave a negative review on Trust pilot if they have a bad experience with Rev Comps for fear of being ridiculed and attacked by hundreds of their 'fans' on Facebook. They certainly cant use their real names if they do making the Trust pilot score completely meaningless.

Why is any of this worrying? You don't have to spend money with them and the same applies to anyone else?

How does leaving a review without your real name undermine the integrity of the review and overall trust pilot score?

Not a huge fan of RevComps or the competition sites generally but if you want to argue against their legitimacy then I think you need a different approach.

I don't see it as an issue if people leave negative reviews. From what I can see, Robbie is responding with receipts to prove them wrong rather than being abusive. Probably no need to call it out on Facebook though as that encourages a pile on.

The difficulty with reviews for this sort of site is that the people who have won will claim a positive experience and those who haven't claim a negative one. From what I can see, RC specifically ask winners to leave a review which will obviously increase the positive reviews but makes the negative ones stand out more. I'd probably trust those who have actual dealings with them aka winners rather than someone who has bought one of 20k tickets and not won.

Leaving negative reviews on a car comp site is a bit strange. You cant really leave negative feedback unless a car you won was a total lemon or they didnt add your name to a draw after you paid, stuff like that.

Look at the trust pilot reviews for the National Lottery, its got a 1.1 * average and loads of upset people that they didn't win the euro millions, people play competitions and lotteries with some expectation to win it seems, I play because my odds are better on sites like RevComps than playing the lottery and if i won I'd probably only buy a nice car anyway.

Anyone that does postal entries for rev comps , if you send an entry for one of the auto draws will they be processed? Say if the auto draw ends in a Sunday they don’t process untill a draw day so won’t process in time?

Yes postal entries are entered into auto draws however they seem to only process postal entries on the days of main draws, so they'll process on Monday and Thursdays, so make sure you get your entries in for these dates.

I've got postal entries on the Marbella holiday, a couple of Rolex's currently, an easy auto draw entry is to enter into the gift cards so £2500 Tui and also the Amazon vouchers since as each one is drawn another is put up so there is little risk of missing them.

I've just put 1 on. I'd already bought a couple on the 992 RS so I'm not going silly this week.

100% - the Escort / R32 are both stunning, and I’m worried how much I’m starting to like the new M3 especially in that colour. Mk3 Focus RS ageing well too imo

Well I wish I'd have seen the R32 before I entered for the GT3. Going to have to enter both now.
