Long gone now but remember an eBay seller who apparently couldn't be bothered to go outside to take photos of his 540i so just took them looking out the front window of their house, window frame, curtains and all.

Great thread.

Someone must have seen this thread to put these pics on the advert!

One pic of a rear windscreen, and the other of...well?

Someone has Andrew Lloyd Webber's old S600 up for sale (looks like a bargain at £10k)... Including a picture of ALW himself near the car (presumably... It has a different reg).

Whilst not as odd as some pictures already posted, there is a dealer close to me that uploads just one random interior shot. No other photos and no description of the cars either. I can only imagine what they’re like

I can't imagine doing well over 200k miles in a 1.2 Micra or Fabia SDI without losing the will to live yuck

Well, they do say that in a private sale, you're buying the owner as much as the car. hehe

I just had a quick look. I love the title: “The most famous car lake in the world.” The competition must be stiff.

Advertising your cars in the middle of a lake.

That's also poorly composed, one key point when shooting reflections is to ensure that no other features intersect with the subject's reflection. In that instance they've managed to merge the chimney with the car...

Little things like that and the general framing of the subject give away that they're not using an experienced photographer, so what else are they skimping on?
