RE: 2020 BMW M4 - here it (almost) is

The designers must be stting themselves.
Either that or someone is getting 2 pay checks. The second being from a German competitor maybe.
When these appear on the roads no one will be looking at the car as all eyes will be focused on the person who bought it.

That being said bmw has been slipping into this nonsensical design for most of the new or LCI.
The "weird" thing in all of this is the G30/31 LCI escaped with a pretty nice set of updates and not some oversize appendages on the front end.
I think it has been said on here many times; these grilles aren't for China. Well, not just for China. The US loves them, Europe broadly hates them, and Asia probably loves them as a whole. I think it's a risky move, but I also think the haters will get used to them. Possibly. Even Germany dislikes them in a poll I saw - yet Munich perseveres to poop on their own doorstep (metaphorically).
To people saying they've just been sick... have you? Really?
