Worst Car Interior Ever?

Apart from the steering wheel I quite like that, for being a bit different!
American stuff generally suffers from bad interiors though. Chryslers of about 10 years ago, such as this Sebring had the worst brittle shiny scratchy plastics... You can't tell so much from the pic but the material quality was awful.
Even from here I can tell that's got awful plastics and is badly built. American stuff generally suffers from bad interiors though. WHY?!?! With the little gauge on top in the centre of the dash it just makes it even more obvious, like the designer is trolling everyone. Asymmetry of this sort should be a trait of quirky Citroens.
Having owned one, it's because if it was centered your left arm while holding the steering wheel would be in the way of viewing the screen. You don't notice the offset when driving it to be honest.interloper said:

This is awful, it's so Fisher Price. I don't mind a bit weird and wacky but if you make a dash that looks like a children's toy, then that really upsets my Korma! donkmeister said:
Searching for W140 on this thread yields no hits so... Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the W140 S-class.
Ok, so not exactly gopping by a long stretch but that weird asymmetry of the centre of the dashboard is something that even the designer regards as a fail.
And the user interface...
When you have as many features as an S-class will invariably have, the case for menu-driven systems becomes clear!
I actually really like that. I'd take buttons over a screen any-day. More satisfying to press and eventually you'll get used to where they're located. The exception being the radio!

Has to be a certain level of expectation with something like a Noble. Doesn't look too bad to me if a little cheap and kit car esque, which it basically is.
Yes, the expectation that it will utterly humiliate 90% of everything else. You get used to an interior. Boring cars though, different matter

That has to be the biggest hazard warning lights switch in any car! I had a Dodge Journey once that shared a fair bit of switchgear and stuff with Chryslers and TBH in a utilitarian vehicle it wasn't so bad - the materials were actually quite tough and on any occasion I had to remove a piece of trim or doorcard it would always come off in one piece with the tabs and pop fasteners intact, which is more than can be said of just about every other car I have ever owned.

If we are going for individual cases (as opposed to the interior style in general), then this has to be up there.
Audi A6 Allroad, a 4.2 no less, and a Japanese Import. White exterior except for bright red around where the normally "black" all road bits would be. Interior matches, yielding red steering wheel, seats, gear knob etc.
Someone paid a fortune for their car to look exactly like this!
Car for sale here if anyone is interested - only £14,940
