This one is an original issue too, from January 1964 issued by York Council.

Many wouldn't look twice if they saw " KR15 HNA " proudly displayed on a vehicle.....?

But it sold for £180,000 + VAT and Fees in may 2015.. ! yikes
Good God! laugh
IIRC, that is the most paid for a current type plate.

Need help with this one. Doesn't show as a DVLA auction plate and although WT was issued to West Yorkshire, from what I understand two letter reverse issues were WU, WW, WX, WY & YG. Could this be a special issue?
M3DGE, OD any ideas???

A lovely very valuable plate on an old Jag... that i bet has been in the same family for years....clap
Dorset plate from December of 1927.
Owned by a retired estate agent local to me who has had the car and the plate for as long as I can remember. His old business partner has another good number which featured here in earlier pages.

I agree, can’t find any record of reversed WT being issued.

1 REG on a Black McLaren P1 in Cheam Village.
B15 PAL on a Grey McLaren 675LT again in Cheam Village.
Seems to be raining McLarens here...

1 REG at £12,750.00+bits in Nov 1992, a brilliant investment.
