Real Good Number Plates Vol. 6
Discussion
Quick question for people that have sold number plates before....
Looking at purchasing a 21 plate when they are released shortly which I would then put up for sale. As I understand it the new owner would usually assign the plate to their vehicle which makes it theirs but how does it work if I were to sell the plate before March next year so there wouldn’t be a car to assign it to? All I can do is add them as a nominee but that wouldn’t change the ownership until the plate was assigned to a car? Is there a way around this at all?

I find the history behind some of the dateless plates interesting, and I think it's pretty cool that they've survived through the years.Flickr tells me I took this photo back in 2007! Anyway, one of Edinburgh's stripclubs used have a minibus patrolling the town on a weekend looking to pick up stag groups and drop them off at the club. Not a bad idea except the drivers and bouncers often had different assessments as to whether they were the right clientele or not but I digress... what a fitting plate though!

Wonky or what! Whoever fitted that plate must have got distracted by some "EyeCandy" !![Img]https://live.staticflickr.com/201/497742967_2aab32efc9_o.jpg[/thumb]
I've mentioned this here as the plate is correctly spaced..
Silverstone Auctions have the reg, NO15 ENA coming up in a couple of weeks, they think it'll fetch £6000 - £8000

I know what they think it is. But what do you lot think ? I think they're barking!
Ps, I do not think it's a good plate.

I did have to think about that - which indeed makes it rubbish. Mad estimate - maybe it will be picked up by someone who makes the No1 laxative..... Silverstone Auctions have the reg, NO15 ENA coming up in a couple of weeks, they think it'll fetch £6000 - £8000
