I saw a Nissan Qashqai today with the plate E60. Just checked it online and it’s a 2014 with 90k miles. I think there is a thread about plates that must be worth 10x the value of the car they are on. I bet many a 5 series owner would like that plate - I wonder where they got it from and how much they paid, they are always old duffers that look like they have zero interest in cars!

Perhaps they have an interest in cherished numbers and not cars?

In many cases, plates get passed through families or car to car by people for decades.

I've often thought about getting one of those six digit plates, just for aesthetic reasons.

Tried to get wife to put it on her car but she refused. DVLA pick your own £600 ish IIRC.
