For that statement to have any credibility whatsoever it needed to include a line about the employee in question, no longer being an employee.
I think wishing someone out of a job, especially during these trying times, for taking part in a bit of fisticuffs makes you a bit of a wally to be honest.

You don’t know the full story other than he said, she said and I’m sure we’ve all done things we regret in the heat of the moment.

Going to a motoring event and ending up in an altercation which turns violent should not automatically mean one should immediately lose their job.

Yes, the people involved deserve punishment, but to wish unemployment upon them is a little sad.

Think a few people on this thread need to have a reality check.

I'm not wishing he was out of a job. If I was his boss I wouldn't even discipline him, I'd think it was funny. But I also wouldn't put out a bullst "I'm sorry" post in the first place either.

Well we've seen a video of him getting in a punch up whilst representing his employer at a work event... it probably goes a bit beyond what most of us have done in the heat of the moment at work biggrin

What you're dealing with here is low IQ thugs/pathetic gangsta types, most of which can't even converse with others properly outside their own collective.
After leaving the army I worked on the doors for 14 years becoming area manager for a large security company run by a certain Mr Chris Bailey from Nottingham. We had teams of doormen sent to troubleshoot certain problem hotspots. There was very little we didn't see from a certain demographic and most was from the likes of what's available to see on these Youtube video's of Vmax.
I'd be very surprised if any of these bellends even had an actual job to lose. Any money they may have will come from elsewhere..

I do appreciate that they wear self branded hoodies while committing their crimes. I on the other hand am not so honest. Where can I get one of those DMO hoodies? I've got some crimes to commit bruv. laugh

25 pages. I think this suggests LLF and DMO have successfully achieved what they set out to do.

Very astute businessmen and an ingenious marketing ploy.

Lucky? Not sure being either of them could be considered lucky. Retarded, maybe.

If this happened at anywhere I have ever worked all parties would be suspended pending investigation. And that is without consideration that the whole thing has gone viral! Going viral in a negative way probably ultimately would be gross misconduct. Maybe a small company of this nature doesn't have a load of contractual terms and policies that cover this sort of stuff though.

I agree with Algarve. Its not about wishing someone out of a job, but if the company actually takes it seriously they should have a zero tolerance approach to aggressive behaviour of this type. Our lot lay it on thick and people have been fired for inappropriate behaviour on a "work night out", not even company events.

Its an empty statement.

Looks like that's Ricky the LLF guy on the receiving end.

Not that I find that aspect interesting but there has been a load of beef between a few YouTubers recently wonder if that is connected.
At least these idiots who make a fortune doing make-up tutorials don't get in to fights I suppose.

Still, if any of the digital taxes come in to fruition then it should start at 50% for anyone making their money from YouTube videos.

Would be funny to see these YouTube flabby windmilling imbeciles collide with the stone cold hard world of organised crime and see how far their bravado got them though. Bet Bailey could duff them all up easily! Plus a few dry slaps Frank Butches style for good measure.
