I have met Ricky at a track day at Thruxton, he is actually a likeable guy although I don't agree with some of the driving on public roads.
That DMO guy however is an absolute bellend and pretty much begging to be put in prison judging by the way he drives on public roads and the way he acts like a 6 year old that has had too many E numbers.

I don't know what company you work for but everywhere I have been people who physically fight get the sack. There are many dodgy things I have seen people do and get disciplined for it but physical violence is the one that leads to instant suspension and dismissal.Edited by BricktopST205 on Wednesday 28th October 20:03

So maybe he gets goaded and gets in a bit of a scuffle (certainly didn’t see him knocking people out, was all pushing and shouting) and he deserves to be sacked?
That must mean everyone there who was involved should be sacked from their jobs? And if they’re company owners they should then lose their company?
When I was involved in a bit of action at a works xmas dinner once I should have been sacked from my job you think?

I've never driven DMO's car and I could beat his time in it, purely by being half his weight. I can stamp on the accelerator and hold it there in a modern automatic car with all those safety features just as well as he can. I don't want to say there's no skill involved... but its bordering on close to that.
There isn't really any need to go to all the hassle of involving a couple of car tuning companies.
