Was driving to my partners house earlier and hit a huge pothole it was black dark. And it loosened the hub cap I just had the car tracked could this ruin it and will I have to get it tracked again?

Do you have a picture of Pothole A?

Drive down road, let go of wheel, if it pulls to one side get tracking done. Any wobble? Keep an eye on tyre wear.

Did you not have your headlights on or preferably full beam if pitch black?

Did you have your eyes open also?

Lucky you missed Pothole B, thats waaay worse....

I assume you drive everywhere at 15mph looking out for pot holes.

Interesting that pothole paraphiliacs log their potholes alphabetically.

I must have hit pothole C on Monday then, that's cost me a trip on a lowloader, two tyres and £190.

Don't go to Blackburn then.

A Day in the life:- The Beatles.

I read the news today, oh boy
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill The Albert Hall

(John Lennon read in the Daily Mail, Jan 17th 1967 that there were 4,000 potholes in Blackburn's roads)

It might have put the alignment out , is the steering wheel in the same position when steering in a straight line ?

If it is and everything feels okay , just keep an eye on any possible uneven tyre wear .

Sorry to get all serious , carry on with the ribbing .........cooltongue outbiggrin

Do you mean wheel trim when you say hub cap? Just kick it back on.

What car is it?

This is why Waze is so useful, particularly if you are driving on unfamiliar roads.

Easier said than done.
Many of our roads look like the Air Force uses them for bombing practice. frown

Just as well he missed the infamous glory hole around those parts. That could have got him into serious trouble.
