I rather like that. I love the colour. However, I'm not entirely convinced by the advert and the seller's spiel.

Nothing bizarre about an X1/9; prone to electrical failures and corrosion yes, it was a Fiat after all, but a splendid little car that made TR7s and MGBs look ancient(can you believe you could buy a new MGB after the launch of the X1/9?). Even had easily enough luggage room for two people on holiday.

I guess bizarre is all a matter of perspective. For example, I find it completely bizarre that people drool and dribble over things like a Golf GTI or Audi S3

There's a chap relatively local to me runs one of these as a daily. They make no sense at all and I fully approve your yearning.
