Stripe-tastic carpets on this 750i. Always smart looking in this spec.

Lovely; just needs the steering wheel swapping out for a Sport spec one and it'll be a superb car IMO

It's local enough to me; if anyones interested and wants me to look it over, let me know smile

I'd love to see one for comparison. My first impression when I saw this is that it looked 'proper'.

Also, I love the fact that the stripes on the carpet are almost entirely uniform, safe for the driver's side.

Somehow, I can envision the chap decorating the carpet on the transmission tunnel, card in hand, attempting to get their head around the steering wheel...

Shame it's blatantly been clocked.

There is no way in hell that's only done that low mileage!

Look at the filth built up inside, more so the ash tray/cigarette holder yuck

The scratched all over the switch packs etc

That's done, 2-3 times the quoted mileage, easy, if not more!

Avoid like the plague!

5 MOTs from 2013 on above 100k miles, mysteriously going from 137k in 2019 to 44k in 2018. Well called!

The ad does say non-warranted mileage - discrepancy in 2018. A 93k discrepancy which disagrees with every previous MOT and then persisted (ie not a one off fat fingered MOT chap).

Showing mileage from it’s first mot in 2009 lol, at which point it prob had it’s first adjustment. The later one isn’t quite as subtle.

The A8 looks purposeful, however.

It is a lovely colour inside and out (if you're into that sort of thing, which I am) but that's a lot of cash for a v6 75 into six figure mileage.
The blue and green appeal more to me, but I checked the MoT history. Seems it had OSR jacking point welding a week ago for the MoT.

Anyone on here upgraded their stereo on a w211/219/220? There seems to be 1000 variants of cheapish android units out there. Looking for one someone has used and is chuffed with.

Got myself a beautiful cls courtesy of another threadist and the only thing missing is getting music from my phone out of the speakers.
I plugged a Bluetooth adaptor (TaoTronic from memory - I’m not at home today) into the aux socket in the glovebox - worked fine albeit you don’t have control of tracks etc. other than via the phone.

I've a Bovee 1000 plugged into mine. I can move between tracks via steering wheels controls. But I can't move between playlists. £60 off the bay of dreams.

My only concern is the red car symbol on the idrive screen. Yellow means minor fault, red means major. May potentially be a missed service or MOT on the system, but definitely needs checking out.

So close and yet so far from a nice interior - light coloured door and dash tops (eurgh), and prosthetic leg steering wheel.

I wonder how long it'll be before the F01 comes into thread in petrol form... The diesels are in the 7s already. This looks pretty good for 10 bags:

Had a look at the Bovee, but don’t think I can use one of them all I have is a 3.5mm input. So I’ve ordered a cheapo Bluetooth thing like Stegel recommended.

Aside from the horrific exhaust tips, that's about as good as a 75 can look. Magnificent.

photos seem to make it look a bit washed out so i imagine that looks much better in person without the seatbelt pads and the chrome exhaust tips
