That's because you're adding on luxury options.
Don't agree.BTW, I bought a Mustang instead
Fair play. The less premium cars generally do have more tech as standard. German stuff, not so much, which is exactly what I'm getting it.

Seems VWs figures are a bit conservative. Carwow have timed the 0 – 60 in 4.03 seconds.

Even more reason for gangs to nick them at gunpoint. So that's probably 4.5 secs in the real world with 4 fat guys and a few shotguns on board. Not bad at all.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9LEro19Ues&fe...

In the last 6 years, I've had 3 Golf Rs, a S3 and a S4, all kept on my driveway in easy view of the road. I also live in a house in the West Midlands that's within half an hour of Birmingham and less than a mile from a motorway junction.
PH logic dictates that being woken with a shotgun to my face should be becoming tiresome by now, and a monthly occurrence.
I've never had a spot of bother, or even a hint of it. The only thing that's ever happened around here is that some scumbags broke into my next door neighbour's house for the keys to his M135i, which was never seen again. All this was while I had a Golf R parked on the drive.

Do you really need front and rear cameras on a hatchback? .
Have you tried reversing in a modern hatchback? In the Mark 7 the rear window line is higher than my seated shoulder line.
BTW Culpz drives a Leon Cupra.

Got front and rear sensors on mine, which was standard kit. Works absolutely fine and wouldn't need anything more. I'd be concerned if you're struggling to reverse in a hatchback.
Pretty much the same performance as the £10k more expensive A45s, maybe rather than being too expensive, it's actually a performance bargain?
