Yeah but you can't throw a dead sheep in the back and then hose down the interior and you can't fix a dented wing with a sledge hammer and some twine...

[bloody love it]

Ill take a 90 hardtop in dark green with the white steelies and the white top sign written like the one at the launch show.
I don't think that's possible though. The white steelies are 18" which are only available on the 4-pot models as the break discs on the 6-pot models are too big for that particular 18" rim design. And discs on the V8 models are definitely bigger still.
All the cars being produced now are six cylinder models I thought, and you can still get the steels on the configurator - although perhaps its only for the D200 90.

ETA - also definitely an option on the 110 Hardtop, which starts at the D250

The 90 hardtop is only available with the 3.0 diesel engine.

The v8 engine isnt on the configurator at all like i said.

I like it, quite like the Defender anyway, I know its not an old one and that for a lot ruins it but judged on what it actually is, not into SUVs but this, like the old Discoveries does pique my interest.

But, listen, what is that, I think I can hear Spurs clinking as someone strides over, purposefully to have their say....

Surprised the middle England “it’s not a Defender, farmers can’t afford it and it can’t be repaired with a rock”... brigade haven’t turned up in comments yet.

Anyhow love it, can’t afford it but if I could yes please, 90 or 110 I’m not fussy!

I filmed it testing on the Nurburgring back in July last year, didnt sound too bad considering all the new filters in place:

Pointless being 4 wheel drive. Who will take a 100k car off road ??
4WD hasn't been about off-roading since the early 80s though. Everything is slowly but steadily going 4wd if the product can support the cost. 4wd is very much all about on road traction today and next to nothing about off-road.

Looks nice but why did they take the wheels from a Mazda RX8?

Love the exterior and the stance of both the 90 &110 - but that interior, for a £100k price tag ....... should be much, much better

It is a bit strange but much of the absence will be due to it being an expensive V8 so unlikely to be bought by a woman, which is what many of the crazy mob really hate. This one will probably just get the comments skirting around the hatred of of people who aren't pure white but have more money than such people should. biggrin

It could also be that such middle Englanders are currently all on hold to the NHS and their local MP shouting about how important they are and why they should be getting a vaccine right now. wink

Mostly about on road traction, but not totally.

I can't get excited about electric cars so this is excellent news. Nice work LR.

I just hope people spec them in colours besides black, grey and silver.

Coming to the back of a recovery truck near you soon!

My brand new 2018 Discovery dumped its coolant on the road after 1 hour and 46 miles of ownership! I'll never own another LR product again.

I am however looking forward to the new Ineos Grenadier launch.
