The weather has been mostly grim where I am up to yet sadly.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for better weather going forward though. driving
Down south! Just have to take your chances I think.

Motd during the Bank Holiday weekend and celebrated with a trip to Brighton. Missed driving this thing!

Need to find some time to give it a good polish and wax and find some exuses to use it more this year.

E63 parked up and now using my 190 as the daily, even in the rain we’ve been having. Golf is now tax exempt so will be using it when it’s dry, 124 convertible is still under wraps, hopefully the weather will pick up soon and I’ll swap it with the 190 for a bit.

Thank you! It's getting on a bit for age and mileage but I try to keep it relatively presentable. I'm jealous of the lack of worn leather in your photo!

Shame you both bought the wrong one. laugh

I took mine to Scotland just before Easter and had a great time.

I hardly ever take pictures of my car so was pleasantly surprised to find a photo someone had posted on fb of the old nail at Donington a couple of weeks ago.

Lovely blast down to Wiltshire yesterday in the summer car for its annual return to the dealer for service and MOT.

I’ll be without it for a couple of weeks as a result, and so past experience suggests that everyone in Hampshire can expect beautiful weather and blue skies for a fortnight.

You’re welcome. frown

Last weekend we transformed the garage by clearing and painting it. Apart from moving the Corvette backwards and forwards a few times, I didn't actually get around to taking it out. But, at last, I have just taxed it and I'm taking our neighbour's son to a car meet tomorrow.
Just picked up the RS with 4 new tyres as well, so both cars are ready for Spring/Summer now.

Got my summer car out today. Observed that its coolant is all on the garage floor. Dried off floor, put car away again.

Finally!

Went to Thorpeness this morning, then on to Aldeburgh for chips & ice cream on the beach.

Washed it (as Mrs OMITN has been using it in on the filthy roads eek ). Then - first the first time on any car in about 30 years - I polished it (by hand - shoulder aching now). Then put some that fancy ceramic spray on top.

The previous owner (my FIL) clearly wanted it with a sandy Brillo pad, so the winter will call for a more thorough machine polishing. But right now it’s super shiny and ready for its wheels to be refurbished on Monday.
