Independent Ford Specialist - suffolk

Can anyone recommend an Independent Ford Specialist - preferably in the Ipswich or Bury St Edmund area?

STealthwerx in Norwich? Not very local I know & I've not actually used them but they seemed to be involved in the Focus/Fiesta scene. Also again not that local but OC Motorsport of Wickford, Essex. Just for the interest, what Ford have you got?

Guess it depends what you want done. My cambelt was up for replacement (130k miles!) so got quotes from Ford, but ended up getting my local repair shop to do it. They used oem spec parts, gave me all the old parts. They even threw in a bottle of engine flush for me when I do the next oil change.
