F56 JCW Hatch Alarm going off

We have a 2016 JCW hatch which over the last week or so has started sounding the alarm for no obvious reason. Have tried disabling the interior element but made no difference. From what I’ve read on other forums a low battery can set it off but ours has gone off even when plugged into a battery conditioner so I don’t think it can be that plus the cars not even five years old so battery on the way out is unlikely I think?

Has anyone else experienced this / what was the solution?
