To find out what the fk he was thinking when he got a leaper installed in the fking centre of the bonnet. A miserable car.
It's really baffling. I mean, we all know that Geralding is a thing, but why would you pay someone to drill a hole in your bonnet and make your car look worse?

You're forgetting some people are idiots.

The occasional foray into NP&E soon reminds one of that fact.

B'stard Child does warn us, on occasion. I think that the general rule is, don't read beyond page three of any N,P&E threads.

I'm not good at heeding my own advice BTW

Currently we have PH'rs that are genuinely suggesting "sectioning" is the solution for people who won't have the vaccine - it really is a section worth avoiding!!!!

To further lower the tone, and I'm pretty sure it's the weekend despite losing track of days in my sun-kissed idyll, I can safely say that leching young Ukrainian chicks on a dance floor never gets old. I do feel slightly Rolf Harris-esque though. And not in a good way.

"Can you guess what it is, yet?"

Presumably this vendor is trading the car for a bus pass so they can get all the way to the kerb. Potato needs cleaning too. Still, handsome car.

270,000 miles. Ballsy. Assume this pic is its standard position. Still, cheap.

Wouldn't it make more financial sense to set fire to £3,495? At least your can cut your losses there and won't be on the hook for a few grand every other week.

Probably, although it's a good pub tale car if nothing else. And it still has that supercharged 4.2 V8, which is only half the total mileage apparently!

Less to go wrong on the 4.2 S/C than any of the rest of the model range of that era...with that service history I feel strangely drawn to it

Yeah, like it. And I bet you could find someone on internetland who’d fancy a straight swap on the interior to get rid of those two-tone seats.

Looks in superb nick and very well priced; would be a great waft bus for someone!

Unusually slow in here at the moment. The thread needs a preposterous car or a ruinous woman to give us some zing.

Ruinous women normally mean the end of the preposterous cars sadly

If it’s preposterous we’re after, how about a scratched and bruised LS400 that hasn’t had an MOT in six years, an imaginary dynamic handling pack (or broken springs) with an advert description that appears to be appraising a different car. Currently sitting at £8198 English pounds. If that’s done 15k miles I’ll eat my armrest.
