Spoiling you all this morning with not one, but TWO S-Types to choose from. Still think these represent incredible VFM and the (ahem) Ford V6 is a good unit.

An issue with this is that soon enough it'll either be banned or penalised for entering a number of UK and European cities, negating the Grand Tourer aspect of it somewhat.
Indeed, but why pick on this sale given its an issue affecting many of our staples? Inc the XJ X350, petrol and derv, I think its the 07 on which is Euro 4 petrol and thus Ulez safe, every E39, every older LR product, etc, etc, and let's be fair the buyer of a £2500 3.0 V6 French people carrier probably has more to worry about than a £12+ daily charge should they decide for some reason it is the appropriate mode of transport for central London, Birmingham or Bristol (shortly) (Glasgow having put it all back for years, again).
More places will follow, although the Labour Mayor of Bristol is banking on the wealthy residents to buy enough Teslas that his core vote can carry on in their P reg diesel Vectras as total emissions will drop below whatever level to make it acceptable.

I'm sorry but has this thread just had a brain fart and collectively liking a 'mums mobile' front wheel drive piece of French white goods on wheels?https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/294278342788

They were awful to drive, noisy inside due to the cathedral like acoustics of being essentially a transit van with seats, more unreliable that Oa's jags and its just a bit slowwwwww. Oh and have you ever experienced a more painful auto than what Renault fitted to their late nineties cars?
Hardly smoker material. More dustbin on wheels, or mobile dirt bike garage
Edited to add, I do like the colour

Great spot... We're looking for a 940 wagon for my lad. I've let him know Anyway, I did pass on the above to my son and he travelled upto Perth this weekend and picked it up the scandinavian brick. I will try and get a forecourt shot and hopefully get a go in it
