Is that 'sea breeze green'?
No idea, but that sounds like a good name for the colour.

Lovely. Mine’s about to go in for a few minor things, then I think I’m going to be cheeky and try putting it up for sale for 3x what I paid for it. It’s been great so far but I think it’ll struggle with the road to our new house.

I bet that's ultra comfortable. Does it have the air suspension?

You can fee the tyres doing some smoothing on mine compared to my last X308 with bigger wheels. Definitely the way to Jag.

Yes, and it was replaced by the previous owner so it rides really well - definitely the most comfortable X350 I've ever had. Two of my other ones had the 20" Callisto wheels and although they look a lot better, the smaller wheels are definitely the way to go for comfort, as you say.

I’ve been away for a weeks proper barging, and thread has motored away to nearly 50 unread pages.

What did I miss?

PS Kennet and Avon barging.
Welcome home. I've seen it on Pru and Tim's canal journeys and looks great. I was hiking up Mourne Mountains and I'm burnt and sore. Enjoyed it though. My barge came in useful in overtaking the silage convoys.

Barge incoming…. A relatively early start for a Saturday and the sat nav set for the north west. Sadly no one way train ticket or Costa shenanigans but the obligatory forecourt shot very soon. Hopefully meets thread approval ??
At 7:12pm, one man's early, is another man's three sheets to the wind.....
58 mins left to get the forecourt shot in today!

Sharp.

This is a man with a penchant for minty green/silver motor vehicles!

£2k 9-5 Aero estate, boring colours and Auto, and I assume high tax on a 56 plate, but 85k, seems good value.

Apologies, I had to have wine instead smile

So here is the obligatory forecourt shot and the LS is courtesy of this threads very own Olly755. An intra thread purchase I believe is the correct terminology. Had a lovely wafty return trip to the North East. What an amazing machine and Olly was an absolute gent to deal with thumbup

Congratulations! It looks great.

But as we all know intra-thread purchases are very naughty and should be discouraged.

Awesome! Enjoy, they are truly brilliant barges. They get under your skin after a while.

Engine isn't bad either smile

Very nice chap is BlackStang and I trust the Lexus will serve him well. Intra thread purchases are the best and I await my thread suspension in the post. Is seller’s remorse a thing? Certainly if I was using it more, and hadn’t been persuaded by the family to take up the sport of caravanning (shoot me now) then it would still be here. Still, I’ve managed to convince Mrs755 that the RX is not up to the job of towing (it is) and what we need is a LC Amazon. Every cloud.

That's the one; a beautifully British and evocative name. Thanks pp.

Good work! Please can you secure the mats properly in the drivers footwell now?

Every now and again, thread gets slightly parochial and exclusive (as in the opposite of inclusive). Now is one of those moments.
