good case for 250k over 3 bank accounts in today's market. liquidity isn't the same as security.

Glad I stumbled upon this thread,Been contemplating chopping my mk8 fiesta st performance pack in for something more powerful.Reading some of the comments,It has brought me to my senses.I’m keeping what I’ve got.

I think my 550PS F-Type is as much as I'd ever want. It's enough that I'm never wanting for more, but no so much that I feel I can never open it up.
That being said, I do miss my NA MX5, I was pretty much full throttle everywhere in that thing.

I think it comes down to a lot more than the power figure. I'm finding that my F-Type is a lot less fun now that it's on much stickier Michelins than it was on the original slippy Pirellis. Not that I used to slide around everywhere, but at modest speeds you would feel the rear start to hint at rotation, which usually fun.

I was only thinking that "more BHP than you need" in the title should read "more than you can handle". I have seen quite a number of examples on track days.
